period is 5 nights
(stays of less than 7 nights attract a cleaning charge of
£55/$100)
Pool heating is an optional extra(recommended Oct - May)
and is charged
at £105/$210 per week
A 20% deposit normally secures booking, however payment
in full at time of booking is required if arrival date is
within the forthcoming 10 weeks
A Security deposit of £250/$400 is required with the
final balance payment
Final balance is due 10 WEEKS prior to arrival in Villa
NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home
